      Open Mozilla Firefox web browser. Click Tools.

      Scroll down to Options and select Main tab.

      Click the drop down list where it reads When Firefox Starts. This is under Startup, before Home Page.

      Select Show my Windows And Tabs From Last Time. Click Ok. Close and restart Firefox. The next time Firefox starts, it will display windows and tabs from the previous session.

  • You must change the settings before Mozilla Firefox will recover your sessions. Changing the settings after you’ve had a crash will not recover your lost session.
