How to Use a Giftbag to Wrap a Present

A gift bag is an easy option for wrapping a present for someone. You do want to make sure the gift bag looks special when you hand it to the person. The last thing that you want is for it to look like you just threw their present in a bag to hand it to them. Use these steps to use a gift bag to wrap a present.

Things You'll Need:

• 1 gift
• 1 gift bag
• pack of multi colored tissue paper
• 1 roll of ribbon

Wrap Your Present in Style

1. Place 2 pieces of tissue paper into the bottom of the gift bag to start wrapping the present. This will give the person a nice view when they look into see what you got them.

2. Set the gift inside the gift bag on top of the 2 pieces of tissue paper. Position the gift so that the person will be able to see what it is when they open the gift bag.

3. Place 2 more sheets of tissue paper over top of the gift. Tuck the ends into the gift bag so that they are not seen.

4. Choose 2 different color pieces of tissue paper. Fold each piece of tissue paper in half. Place the half of tissue paper on one side of the present with the folded point of it sticking up out of the gift bag. Repeat this on the other side of the gift with the other piece of tissue paper.

5. Use the ribbon to tie the handles of the gift bag together to finish wrapping the present. Tie the ribbon in a bow to make it look even better.

• Choose a gift bag size that perfectly fits the present. Do not use anything that is too large or too small.
