Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Bottle
  • Water
  • Gatorade
  • White Tea
  • Honey
  • Camel Pack
  • Cup/Container
  1. Step 1

Rehydrate with cold water. Bring several bottles of chilled water or use a camel pack to store several quarts of water for continued use. Rehydrate every 15 minutes. Sip for greater intake, as gulping chilled water can irritate a dry or inflamed throat.

  2. Step 2

Rehydrate with fruit-infused water. Add lemon to a chilled bottle of water to add flavor and add antioxidant and citrus properties. Both additives will hydrate and replenish the body.

  3. Step 3

Rehydrate with cold white tea. Steep one bag of white tea in a large container for 20 seconds. Allow the container to chill. Add ice and refrigerate. Remove when ready to begin a rowing session. The fresh, gentle, light flavor of white tea will hydrate the body and reduce the cardiovascular and muscular stress associated with rowing. White tea is rich with healing and restorative properties. Store in a bottle, camel pack or compact travel beverage carrier.

  4. Step 4

Rehydrate with a bottle of Gatorade. Add a teaspoon of honey to a 16 ounce bottle of Gatorade. Chill. Compliment it with water to rehydrate the body. For every Gatorade break, follow it with a water break. Alternate accordingly.
