To protect your eyes from the sun, wear sunglasses that has Ultraviolet Rays marked on it. This will be recommended for best protection to your eyes.

For your skin, you are not behind with the so called sun block or sunscreen at the market. Buy some of these so called skin creams but be careful because it has side effects also it might be good but usually bad.

Wear hat if needed to cover your skin a bit or stay under the shadow, you can still feel the heat and enough to tan your skin.

Take some drinks before putting yourself to risk of dehydration.

Most of all, know your medical health or problems in your body before going to tan your skin.
