Sometimes we felt sick like cough and cold and yet we still go out to work and cross the pedestrian. When you are outside like this setting, expect to breathe dusty air or dirty air from the cars or vehicles. And this dusty or smoky air can surely tickles your nose, either cough and cold or other diseases or germs in your system. So be prepared not to spit others while walking with them along the streets or sitting beside them at the parks. We do not want to get slap in our face for that matter, it would be embarrassing I guess.

Instructions

Step 1

Always keep the handkerchief in your pocket and used it. You cannot just bring it and forget to use it in times of sneezing.
Step 2

If you forget to bring your handkerchief or tissues then use your hands. I hope that there's no bubbles come out in your nose, it would be nasty to use your hands to wipe it out, but there's no choice.

I may have to use my shirt or other cloth that I have, but how about if you are wearing your business suit for an appointment, you cannot messed up on it, I hope.
Step 3

Do not forget to cover your face or nose when you are about to blow it. You cannot just blow your nose and then cover it after the blowing.
Step 4

If you cannot find anything to cover your nose when you sneeze or have colds or runny nose, then find a spot that you can turn around without facing other individuals. Turn your face in the ground so that you will not blow your bubbling nose to other people.

Keep the germs yourself by covering it every time you blow it!!
Step 5

Use your suitcase to cover your nose if needed but don't forget to wipe it out and clean it, you do not want to display your dirty stuff on the table.
