Can't lose your weight? You may do something not right although you may do a lot of exercises. Don't worry, in this article, it will teach you what to eat before start to lose weight, by controling food intake. It sets a menu for you! So, explore my article to see how and what. Note: this is one of my three diet samples, you may check back for my another two diet samples.

Things You’ll Need:

  • Tings you'll need is described in each step.
Step1
lemon water Before breakfast: One glass of lemon water.
Step2
Egg Breakfast: One glass of Herbtea, One egg.
Step3
Papaya Meal between breakfast and lunch: Papaya, one glass of Herbtea.
Step4
peach Lunch: Soup that made of pork bone; salad that made of olive, red/green pepper, cucumber, and vegetable; one peach; one glass of Herbtea.
Step5
spinach meal between lunch and dinner: spinach, one glass of Herbtea.
Step6
Cauliflower (Chinese broccoli) Dinner: salad that made of eggplant, onion, red pepper, and cauliflower;
One glass of Herbtea.
Step7
cucumber Last meal: cucumber, red/green pepper, and one glass of Herbtea.

Tips & Warnings

  • If you can't keep follow the food described above, do it at least 7 days before you quit.
  • If you can keep follow, do not exceed 30 days.
