One of these popular photo editing programs is Paint Shop Pro Photo XI, which is a full featured photo editing and graphic design program, that was created with an emphasis on being user friendly.

    How to Resize an Image in Paint Shop Pro Photo XI

  1. Step 1

    Open the application. Click on the application icon to load up the program.

  2. Step 2

    Open the image file. Click on the “File” tab on the command bar and scroll down to the “Open” selection. Use this to find and open the image that you wish to resize.

  3. Step 3

    Click on the “Image” tab on the command bar. Use the mouse and left-click on the “Image” tab on the command bar; a submenu will open. Select the Resize setting; a pop-up box will open.

  4. Step 4

    Set the image parameters. You can specify by pixels or by percent. Click the “Okay” button and the image will resize.

Tips & Warnings
  • Make sure to check the “Lock Aspect Ratio” box if you want your image to size proportionately.
  • Always save a copy of your image first, so you can redo it if you make unwanted changes.
