Another elegant Fifth Avenue shop, Bergdorff Goodman has a refined, extremely extensive selection of the finest makeup from Chanel to Creme de la Mer moisturizer (which can cost you a few hundred dollars for a very small spot of cream). Definitely a cosmetics lover's heaven.

Go to Missha. Located in midtown, this small, Korean-owned makeup shop is friendlier the pocketbook. With a decent-sized selection of adorable, girly, flirty cosmetics, sprays, perfumes and creams, this is a fun way to top off an afternoon of makeup shopping. This shop is also very teen friendly.
