How to help your brain stay healthy

Our brain is the core part of our body so we need to find ways to make this part stays healthy and smart at all times. You can make another definition of your brain because we do have different opinions in life. But for me, our brain is the most important part that we need to take care of because without it, we are nothing. Our brain and our heart is one, they cannot function properly without each other's help or cooperation to stay fit.Now,try to sneak the information that we need to make our brain sharp at all times.

Step1
We need to give some exercises to our brain in order to think sharp and stay healthy.

You can play teaser games or online brain exercise like Brain age game.
Step2
Besides letting our brain busy by solving a real problems in our life, we also need to feed our brain with the foods that can help it to gain power and more knowledge like drinking teas, berries and many other fruits and nuts or beans.
Step3
After eating those helpful diets for the brain power, we also remember to imagine the task that we are doing everyday. I am not talking about losing your memory, but I am talking about closing your eyes while imagining what you are doing, like taking a shower or something else, it's up to you what type of work you can do while your eyes are close or shut.

Do not try to cook your food or grill outside while closing your eyes, we do need to remember to use our common sense also so that we will not get screwed up.

Whatever you are doing while you are shutting your eyes, just let your brain wonder the imagination around your actions. Just do it, as long no one will get hurt in the process.
Step4
While closing your eyes, do not forget to wake up and do something else rather falling asleep.

Whatever you are holding at the time of your fantasy or imagination, now it's the time to switch your fingers, I mean switch your hands to other stuff rather than keep touching in one thing.

You know what I mean, just stop holding it and find another chores or job to do for your routine activities. Remember we are trying to help our brain here to stay busy as we can, not our hands.

If you keep trying to change your habits everyday like eating different new foods that you never had then this will also makes your brain think and enjoy the journey of your new activities.
Step6
Do not keep doing the same thing over and over again for a year, try to make changes, I am not sure if changing a partner like husband or wife will help to make your mind stays sharp.

But the important thing is, as long as your brain is always occupied and eating the right diet then you are good. As I said switching your hands to different task will really help you stay smart at all times.
