Tips and tricks for to make more money selling used clothing on eBay.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Prior to taking pictures, make sure all clothing are freshly washed and ironed (if needed).

  2. Step 2

Use a model whenever possible. If the clothes are your own, have someone take a picture of you in them. Seeing the clothes on can really boost bids.

  3. Step 3

Include small accessories when possible. Simple necklaces, bracelets, hats, etc. can add real value to your item for little cost.

  4. Step 4

Sell in lots of 2 or more. Bidders are willing to pay more for items when they feel they are getting multiple items for one shipping cost.

  5. Step 5

Outfits. List items as outfits if possible. Bids will also go higher if a full outfit is offered.

  6. Step 6

Charge actual shipping charges. An auction that is obviously over the actual cost to ship, this may prevent bids.

  7. Step 7
