Cut the Zukes into 1/4 inch strips, lengthwise. You should be able to lay the slabs on the grill so they don't fall through.
Step2
Marinade the zucchini in the dressing, either in a pan, dish or plastic baggie. 1/2 hour should be enough, you want them to be firm when you put them on the grill.
Step3
Grill until desired tenderness is achieved. Blackened a bit on the edges is good.
Tips & Warnings
If they are overcooked, the zukes might fall apart, think "Al dente."
Watch over them for the few minutes they are on the grill, it really doesn't take long.
Cook on med-high so the edges crisp, but the flames don't overcook the center.
