Many people believe UFOs exist and are inhabited by extraterrestrials. Sightings take place daily throughout the world and some are photographed. Although many people believe the photographs are real, others think they’re hoaxed. If you’re a believer or skeptic and would like to fake UFO photographs good enough to fool even experts, then follow these easy steps.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • Camera or graphics software

Step1
Throw a hubcap, pie plate or other disc-like object into the air. Photograph it against a clear sky so it will be difficult to gauge the size of the object.
Step2
Attach a piece of thread or thin string to the middle of a pie plate or other disc-like object. Dangle the object from your hand or tie the string to a stick so you can extend the object farther away from you. Allow leaves from a tree or bush to partially hide the object to make it look more natural. Photograph the object while it’s still or moving about.
Step3
Paste a picture of a UFO onto a mirror. Go outdoors. Adjust your camera viewfinder and take a photograph of the mirror while keeping both the UFO and background as focused as possible.
Step4
Find a picture of a UFO and a photo of some scenery and save them on your computer. Use a computer graphics program to superimpose the UFO onto the photo. Touch up the photo with the graphics tools.
Step5
Draw or paint a UFO onto a photograph or simply paste a picture of a UFO onto a photograph. Take another photograph of your composition.
Step6
Use a computer graphics software program to create realistic and unique UFOs. This way you don’t even need a photograph. Download some free graphics software from the Internet.

Tips & Warnings

  • It may be better to use a low-quality digital camera or grainy type of film in a film camera. This is because the photos will be more blurry and any evidence of a fake photo will be less noticeable.
