You go on vacation or your traveling the roads and need that place to stay to rest or enjoy. It's no doubt most motel/hotels are high costing your pocket. Here is a few tips on finding reasonable priced hotels.
Coupons (optional-ex: traveling the country on motorcycle, rv, etc.)
Internet
Step1
Room $avers
For example: If you are taking a road trip in your car, motorcycle, rv, etc. You get tired and hungry. Pull off at an exit that shows hotel signs. Normally a hotel sign is a picture of a bed with a head on it.
Go into restraunts, rest stops, etc and usually you find what you call "Room Savers" at the entrance, or it may be another name. It lists nearby towns including the one your in with hotel coupons. I've seen some as low as $44/nite.
I just found a website (right now) for Room Savers. www.room-savers-hotels.com
Step2
Hotel Room
There is also some websites to check out with decent hotel prices. Such as www.cheaptickets.com and click on hotels. Another one is www.orbitz.com
Step3
Swimmin Pool
One that I found was decent when my friend and I stayed at a nearby hotel near 7 springs winter of 2007. I found it at www.hotels.com and it only cost us around $63-69/night.
Most hotels do provide a swimming pool, sometimes even a hot tub, fitness center, but some don't. It all depends what you want.
