  • An Eye for these symptoms

Step1
TAKE an over-the-counter urine test or a doctor's urine test, blood test, or medical exam. The BEST symptom that indicates pregnancy is a missed period. Whether it's one day late or three weeks.
Step2
Check for Weight gain. A pregnant woman gains about three to four pounds during the 1st 3 months or 1st trimester.
Step3
other symptoms may arise after the first few months:
nausea, constipation and sleep disturbances.

Other signs can be:
morning sickness,
frequent urination,
tingling, tender or swollen breasts,
darkening of the areola,
lines on skin and breasts,
food cravings
& even a darkening line that appears from the navel to pubis.
