Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 2 racks baby back ribs (about 1 1/2 pounds)
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  1. Step 1

Heat up your outside grill. Cut each slab of ribs between ribs into four pieces. Meanwhile, in a saucepan combine the other ingredients. Simmer the sauce for about 15 minutes.

  2. Step 2

Carefully line the ribs on the grill about 1/2 inch apart. Grill them for about 20 minutes on each side. It's best to grill them on low heat.

  3. Step 3

Brush ribs with sauce on each side and grill for about 5 to 8 additional minutes, turning in between. Take up the ribs and serve with your favorite side dishes.
