Things You'll Need:
- A vision
- Creativity
- Time (about an hour or two)
- A poster board - mine is red - I think it stands out more
- Scissors
- Pictures from magazines
- Glue stick
- Markers
- Plain white paper
-
Step 1
Go through all of the magazines and cut out pictures of what you'd like to receive or accomplish...Money, Dream Home, Dream Car, Dream Job, New Baby; whatever you want.
-
Step 2
Put them all over the poster board however you want; don't glue them yet, just place them where you want them to be once you've glued them.
-
Step 3
Using the markers write down what your vision is on the plain white paper. (Example - Dream Home, Dream Job, Dream Vacation) On another sheet of white paper you'll want to write down in words as if you've already received what it is you have a vision for. For example on my board it says 4,000 sq. ft. home, beneath that I have a picture of a beautiful home, beneath the picture it says I own this beautiful 4,000 sq. ft. home in a wonderful, quiet neighborhood. You can play around with this...this is where the creativity comes in, have fun with it...It can be really fun.
-
Step 4
After you've decided where to put your pictures and your words, you'll want to use the glue stick and paste them in place.
-
Step 5
Focus on the board everyday as if you've already received what's on your board. Good luck

on 3/30/2009 Great info! A vision board is really an awesome way to visualize the things you want to achieve. Put it in a prominent place - by your desk or in the kitchen - somewhere you spend a lot of time
