Determine where you are now and where or how do you want it to be in the next five years.

Set your goals high but achievable.
"Aims high so even if you fail you still among the star"
When you set your limit high even if you fail to achieve your goals you probably still better off than people that set their goals low. -
Step 3
Learn from your mistake. You learn valuable lesson from failure more than from your success. Learn from it and don't repeat the same mistake.

Step 4
Write your goals on the piece of paper and put it somewhere you can see it often. Record your progress.

Step 5
Break down your long term goals to short term goals.
If you have 5 years goals then list things you should do this year then break it down in the months and weeks.
