How to Alcohol shots and cocktails

How to make fancy drinks and shots.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

• A variety of drink glasses
• Bartenders spoon float
• Mixers
• Alcohol
• Ice
• Mixing Tin and Strainer

1. 
   RUM RUNNER IN A HURRICANE GLASS

   RUM RUNNER
   Start by filling mixing tin or glass full of ice.
   Pour one half ounce of light rum, One half ounce of blackberry brandy, One half ounce of Creme De Banana, and one half ounce of Grenadine. Then, fill with pineapple and orange juices. Shake and pour into your (Collins) or tall glass add fresh pineapple chunks. Serve and enjoy.

   Hurricane glass

   HURRICANE
   Fill mixing tin with ice. Add 1 oz. of light rum, 1 oz. of dark rum, 2 oz. of sour mix, one half ounce of Grenadine, and a half ounce of Maui fruit. Shake and pour into your Hurricane glass. Garnish with a Orange and Cherry Flag. Serve and enjoy.

   SEX ON THE BEACH

   SEX ON THE BEACH
   Fill mixing tin with ice add 1 oz. of vodka, and
   one half ounce of peach schnapps.
   fill equal parts of O.J. and cranberry juices.
   Shake, pour into (Collins) or tall glass.
   Garnish with orange and cherry flag.
   Serve and enjoy.

4. 
   shooters and ponys

   QUAALUDE
   In mixing tin fill with ice, add 1 oz. of Kahlua, one half ounce of Baileys Irish Cream, and one half ounce of Vodka. Stir and strain into cocktail or rocks glass. enjoy.
   It also may be made as a Shooter by spooning in ingredients highest proof first. 1/3 1/3. Shoot and enjoy.

5. 
   Shooter and Pony glass

   TEST TUBE BABY
   This Shooter or Pony must be spoon floated. Add 1/2 oz. Wild Turkey,
   1/2 oz. of Grand Marne, and a splash of Grenadine a Shooter or Pony glass. Highest proof first. Enjoy

Tips & Warnings

• Never shake soda! When mixing drinks consisting of soda, always shake drink first and then add soda on top.
