This is a healthy as well as yummy chocolate ball recipe. Kids will love it. It has got loads of nutritional benefits.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • One Cup Unsweetened Chocolate
  • Two Cups Rolled OATS
  • One Cup Unsweetened Coconut
  • Half Cup Ground Flaxseeds
  • One Cup Coconut Oil Melted
  • Once Cup Maple Syrup
  • Half Cup Almond Butter
  • Half Cup Pumpkin Seed Butter OR other kind of Nut Butter
  1. Step 1

    Mix all the liquid ingredients (Coconut Oil, Maple Syrup, Almond Butter, Pumpkin Seed Butter) together.

  2. Step 2

    To the above said mixture add unsweetened chocolate rolled oats, unsweetened coconut and ground flax seeds.

  3. Step 3

    Roll them into balls and refrigerate it.

Tips & Warnings
  • This is a very versatile recipe that one can add to or subtract some of the ingredients depending on taste. You can also add other ingredients such as dried fruit, nuts, vanilla, cinnamon etc. You can get all the ingredient from a Health Food Store. Have fun with the recipe and enjoy!!!
