The Sony PSP is not capable of playing YouTube videos by streaming them directly. YouTube videos are in the wrong format for the PSP. The PSP also does not have enough on-board memory to stream videos effectively. However, it is possible to download a YouTube video, and convert it to MP4 format using a free program, and then play it on your PSP.
