How to Use a Waterpick
Keeping your teeth and gums healthy is very important. Good oral hygiene can prevent a variety of other illnesses and ailments. Using a waterpick can help clean the mouth, gums and between the teeth. Here's how to use one.

Fill a small glass with water. Pour in two teaspoons of baking soda. Mix throughly.

Pour the mixture into the waterpick. Brush and floss your teeth.

Hold the waterpick and place the tip at the gumline of your last, back tooth. Spray the gumline and between the teeth for three to five seconds.

Continue to the next tooth and repeat step three for the next gumline and space between the teeth. Repeat for all teeth. Spit out the water as needed.

Lift your tongue and spray underneath for three to five seconds. Then spray the roof of your mouth. That's it. Just make sure you get all of the teeth, spaces and gumlines. Have fun!
