How to make Mexican seasoning mix for tacos, fajitas, etc.

Making your own Mexican seasoning for tacos, taco salad, fajitas, etc is quick and easy. It also makes a great project to do with your kid(s) for a nice gift for mom, dad, grandpa, or whoever. This recipe makes about 2 cups, but of course can be scaled to any batch size.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 3/4 cup chili powder
  • 4 tbsp cumin powder
  • 4 tbsp salt
  • 4 tbsp ground pepper
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp dried oregano
  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp ground dried onion
  1. Step 1

    Mix all of the ingredients together.

  2. Step 2

    Store in a sealed jar or container.

  3. Step 3

    Enjoy!
