Things You'll Need:
- 1 C organic whole wheat flour
- ½ C organic all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder (aluminum-free)
- ½ tsp. baking soda
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 C of finely organic chopped kale or spinach or other leafy green vegetables
- 1 organic egg
- ½ C organic milk
- ½ C organic yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. of vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. of honey

Step 1
In a bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and kale.

Stir in the egg, milk, yogurt, vegetable oil, and honey.

Step 3
Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side, on a skillet (until lightly brown and bubbly). Sit back and enjoy watching your picky eater eat disguised vegetables.
Serves: 6-8
