How to play the swimming pool game called Gator

It is summer again so everyone goes to the pool at some point this a great pool game you can play and all you need are some people and the pool.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Things You’ll Need:

• people that will play
• pool of course

1. First you need I say at least 3 people. You then pick and choose who is going to be the gator.
2. Then the gator stays in the water while the others get out of the pool on the sides ready to swim. Players also need to stay on the same side of the pool.
3. Until the gator says gator the people must stay out of the pool. When the gator yells Gator the others must swim over to the other side of the pool without being tagged.
4. Whoever does not make it across becomes a gator too. The game is ongoing until everyone has been caught. When the games ends the first player caught becomes the Gator and you start all over again.
5. You make rules about tagging others based on how you would like to play. Some say you have to tap the other persons head in order for it to count. While others say it has to done underwater. The variations are up to you.

Tips & Warnings

• Make up you own rules but be sure to use safe swimming rules.
• Always play when a lifeguard is around.
• Do not dunk anyone and swim safe.
• I would not recommend playing with people that do not know how to swim.
