2. Contact the Lawyer ~ Contact the Law offices of Tiedt & Hurd using the form that appears on the lower right hand side of their website. Explain that you are a former Kimkins customer who has been damaged by your participation in the program.

3. Connect with Victims ~ See resources below for blogs and communities of other Kimkins victims.

Tips & Warnings

• Don't wait. This lawsuit is currently underway.
• Do not disclose personal information (name, phone, address, etc.) to anyone other than the attorney in the case.
