Were you a member of the Kimkins diet and weightloss program? Did you suffer hair loss, fatigue, or other serious medical problems as a result of the Kimkins plan? Did you suffer monetary damages from your participation? If so, you may seek to join the class action lawsuit and seek compensation.

  • Proof of You Membership
  • Internet
  1. Step 1

    Visit the Lawyer ~ Visit the online home of the Law Offices of Tiedt & Hurd. See resources below for a link to their online home. They are representing the victims.

  2. Step 2

    Contact the Lawyer ~ Contact the Law offices of Tiedt & Hurd using the form that appears on the lower right hand side of their website. Explain that you are a former Kimkins customer who has been damaged by your participation in the program.

  3. Step 3

    Connect with Victims ~ See resources below for blogs and communities of other Kimkins victims.

Tips & Warnings
  • Don't wait. This lawsuit is currently underway.
  • Do not disclose personal information (name, phone, address, etc.) to anyone other than the attorney in the case.
  • Beware that not all participants in the online communities are true victims.
