Things You'll Need:
- 1/3 cup low fat granola
- ¾ cup de-seeded watermelon chunks
- 5 ounces low fat banana (or other substitute) yogurt

Step 1
Use a tall plastic class for your watermelon parfait dessert. Fill the bottom layer with any type of low fat granola, crushed crackers or a child's favorite cold cereal.

Step 2
Make the watermelon parfait dessert by creating layers. Use the granola or cereal on the bottom. It would keep the watermelon liquid remain in the cereal instead of running out of the bottom of the cup.

Step 3
Create layers of cut-up chunks of seedless watermelon. Top that with any flavor or type of dessert yogurt. Create another layer of the same three ingredients or add another. Garnish with toasted almonds, shredded coconut, a strawberry or whatever you prefer.
Serves 1 -
Step 4
Garnish with a slice of banana, toasted almonds or coconut, a wedge of watermelon, a strawberry or an orange wheel or create your own combinations.
