    • Unbaked pastry for 2 pie crusts (top and bottom)
    • 1/3 cup organic flour
    • 2 cups rhubarb, chopped
    • 2 tablespoons organic butter
    • 1 1/3 cup organic sugar
    • 2 cups fresh organic strawberries, washed, hulled and sliced.

        Preheat oven to 425 F.

        Stir together sugar and flour. Place one of the pie crusts in a pie plate to make the bottom crust, and arrange the rhubarb in the bottom.

        Sprinkle with half the sugar mixture. Layer on the strawberries and add the remaining sugar mixture. Dot with butter.

        Add the top crust and crimp the edges. Use a lattice formation or cut slits in the top of a solid crust. Bake 40 to 50 minutes.
