    • Baking soda\nCotton balls/gauze\nWater\nBowl

        Pour a cup of water into a bowl or plastic container.

        Combine 4 tbsp. of baking soda with the water, and mix well.

        Place several cotton balls or a stack of gauze pads in the water/baking soda mixture and let soak for a few minutes.

        Apply the mixture to the affected skin area with the cotton balls/gauze. The baking soda will help soothe your sunburn by taking some of the sting out of it.

    Tips & Warnings

    • Mix the baking soda with the water well so there aren't clumps

    • Do not use hot water for the mixture! It will be extremely painful on your skin!
