Step 1
Begin eating like Gwyneth by truly researching healthy nutrition and the benefits of clean living. Gwyneth is an avid follower of strict plans like the Macrobiotic diet, which believes in eating organic and raw foods that are in season and purchased locally, and choosing brown rice instead of wheat.
-
Step 2
Start walking to a local farmer’s market and by fruits and vegetables that grow in your area, or try to only choose foods that are currently in season. Gwyneth typically avoids any processed products, so eliminate packaged items in favor of fresh and raw ingredients. When in doubt, follow Gwyneth’s three rules of eating: choose seasonal, organic and unprocessed foods.
-
Step 3
Stay laid back about eating by keeping everything in perspective. After having her children Apple and Moses, Gwyneth relaxed her strict eating plan slightly, but still favors fresh seasonal produce and rich flavors. On average, Gwyneth avoids anything with gluten, wheat, dairy, sugar and most meats. She admits to enjoying small amounts of cheese, fish, coffee or red wine after becoming a mother.
-
Step 4
Exercise for your mind and body to compliment your newfound natural eating. Gwyneth is a longtime follower of both Pilates and Yoga, so try taking a reputable class at a local gym or health center, or simply practice a video at home.
-
Step 5
Mix up your exercise routine to achieve new results and new muscles. Gwyneth has recently added aerobics and cardio dancing into her Yogi-driven regimen, or can be seen hitting the pavement with close friend Madonna. Try joining a friend weekly in your area for a walk, taking a challenging dance class, or simply dancing in the privacy of your living room in order to break a sweat.
