Frenchy is a fantastic character from the hit movie, "Grease." Didi Conn portrayed her in the cinema. She is fun and free-spirited. She Sandy's best friend. This is an especially fun costume to wear if you and friends decide to dress up as the whole "Grease" gang. Since the cast of the hit film were mostly in their early thirties when portraying the high schoolers, let your spirit soar is your teenage gear! Tonight, you are ageless, and you can be Frenchy!

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderate
Step1
Dye your hair pink, or wear a pink wig. Dying your hair pink may seem unrealistic, but there are lots of temporary dyes out there. If that thought scares you, get a wig. You can find a pink wig at any major costume store, and you can find those wigs in general stores around September and October.
Step2
Get your make-up done by a friend or a professional. Frenchy is in beauty school, and looking beautiful is a priority for this laid back beauty.
Step3
Wear a pastel skirt and blouse. Frenchy is simple but classic.
Step4
Put on a Pink Lady jacket. This part is an essential part of your costume. You can get a Pink Lady jacket from the costume shop, or you can even order it from Olivia Newton-John's official website.
Step5
Wear high heel shoes that are pastel in color. Frenchy must look sophisticated in order to be in beauty school.
Step6
Watch "Grease" and "Grease 2" for added Frenchy inspiration. Didi Conn was the one leading cast member of her generation to be in both films.

Tips & Warnings

  • Keep going after the Halloween party of trick or treating is over. It's especially fun to eat at a fifties diner when you and your crew are in costume.
