Mac & Cheese made easy, and very Yummy =) Prep time:10 min Cook time: about 25 min.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • 1/2 pound elbow macaroni
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 6 ounces evaporated milk
  • Fresh black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 10 ounces sharp cheddar, shredded
Step1
n a large pot of boiling, salted water cook the pasta tell done and drain.
Step2
Return to the pot and melt in the butter. Toss to coat.
Step3
Whisk together the eggs, milk, hot sauce, salt, pepper, and mustard.
Step4
Stir into the pasta and add the cheese.
Step5
Over low heat continue to stir for 3 minutes or until creamy.
