How to Make Teriyaki Chicken Kabobs

Do you love chicken, kabobs and teriyaki sauce? Then why not combine all three? Kabobs are an easy to make dish that are universally loved and are perfect for grilling, parties, or even appetizers. They're such a versatile food that there's really no reason why you shouldn't make them.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Teriyaki sauce
  • 1 sweet onion
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • Skewers
  • Bowl
  1. Step 1

    Soak skewers in a bowl of cold water.

  2. Step 2

    Cut chicken into pieces about 1 to 1.5 inches wide and set aside.

  3. Step 3

    Dice the sweet onion and bell peppers into pieces that are only a little smaller than the chicken.

  4. Step 4

    Start the grill and heat on medium.

  5. Step 5

    Remove the skewers and begin filling with chicken and vegetables.

  6. Step 6

    Coat the chicken and vegetables with a light layer of honey. Try to cover the skewers from all sides.

  7. Step 7

    Pour teriyaki sauce over the skewers and add to grill.

  8. Step 8

    Turn the chicken skewers every two minutes until done, adding more teriyaki sauce each time.
