Soften cream cheese. Place the cream cheese in a bowl and soften in the microwave for a few seconds.

    • 2

Sweeten the cream cheese. Add the 1/2 cup of sugar and the 1/4 cup of chocolate chips to the cream cheese.

    • 3

Drop the balls. After greasing a cookie sheet, drop small balls of the cream cheese mixture on a cookie sheet. After the sheet is full, place a toothpick in each ball and in the freezer for 10 to 15 minutes.

Dip the balls. In the ice cream aisle of the grocery store, there are chocolate shell liquids. Pour an entire bottle of this product in a bowl and dip each of the cheesecake balls into the hardening chocolate.

Line a plate. Place plastic wrap on a plate and grease with a little oil. After dipping each cream cheese ball, place on the plastic wrap. When the plate is full, allow the chocolate to harden in the refrigerator and enjoy.

I made this, but I used 1 1/2 cups of powdered sugar instead of regular sugar and also added 1 tsp of vanillia. It was really good!
