1 package flour tortillas, burrito size 1 pound lean ground beef 8 ounce shredded cheddar cheese 1 cup tomato sauce 1 packet taco seasoning 1 small can sliced black olives, drained 1/4 cup chopped onion 1 can refried beans sour cream lettuce tomato

In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown ground beef. Drain off fat. Add taco seasoning packet and water (as directed on seasoning packet). Stir well. Simmer for 1 minute.

Meanwhile, in a small bowl pour tomato sauce. Drain excess liquid from beef mixture into tomato sauce. Stir well and set aside.

For each tortilla: spread a layer of refried beans, spoon on meat, onions and olives. Roll up and place in a greased 9x13 baking dish.

Pour tomato sauce mixture over shells. Sprinkle top with cheddar cheese, remaining onions and olives.

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes, or until hot and cheese is melted.
Step7
Serve with sour cream, chopped lettuce, and chopped tomato.
