How to Roll Meatballs

Meatballs are a very popular dish to serve for lunch or dinner. You can make a lot of things from meatballs, such as casseroles and meatball subs. One of the most fun part about meatball is making them. In order to make a meatball, you will need to know how to roll it properly. Here are some steps on how to roll meatballs.

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Mix the meat mixture well with your hands. Look in your favorite recipe book for a meatball meat mixture recipe. Make sure all of the ingredients are well mixed together.

  2. Step 2

    Wash your hands well and dry. Scoop out a small amount of the meat mixture in your hand and roll it between your hands to form a small ball about the size of a quarter.

  3. Step 3

    Roll the meatball in your hands until it is nice and smooth. Return any excess meat to the bowl.

  4. Step 4

    Lay the rolled meatball into a pan. Line the meatballs up beside each other in a nice neat roll.

  5. Step 5

    Roll the meat mixture until there is none left. Prepare the sauce to go over the meatballs and bake.

Tips & Warnings
  • It is best to make bite-size meatballs, but you can make larger meatballs if desired. If you are including the meatballs as part of a dish, it is best to use the smaller meat balls. If you are making meatballs as the main dish, a larger meatball would be better.
