Things You'll Need:
- 4 juggling bags or balls
-
Step 1
Hold 2 balls in each of your hands at about waist level. The balls will the thrown synchronously, so make sure that you start with your hands held in symmetrical positions.
-
Step 2
Warm up by just juggling the 2 balls in each hand without throwing to the opposite hand. Simply practice basic 2-ball single throws simultaneously with both hands.
-
Step 3
Throw regular inside throws from both hands to the other hand. Practice throwing the same height and distance from each hand and clean catching the balls with the opposite hand to get a feel for synchronous throwing.
-
Step 4
Throw the balls so that the 2 balls cross in the middle and do not hit one another. You can do this either by varying the height so that one ball passes above or below the other, or varying the plane so that one passes behind or in front of the other.
-
Step 5
Throw regular outside throws from both hands to the other hand for a cross pattern that is a variation on the classic Wimpy pattern. The crossing of the balls stands out more when thrown from an outside throw for a slightly more impressive appearance for your audience.
