How to Sell My Quinceanera Dresses

In many Latin American cultures, families celebrate the 15th birthdays of girls with a big party. The party is called a Quinceanera. The birthday girl dresses up in a gown and celebrates with her entire family, friends and loved ones the transition between childhood and womanhood. Once your Quinceanera is over, save your dress by packing it away in your closet or sell it to another girl in need of a gown for her special day.

List your dress for sale on eBay or Craigslist. You can post photos of your dress in addition to important information such as the size, color and material. Include the name of the designer of the dress and the price you want to sell it for.

Market your Quinceanera dress on your social networking site. Most girls around the age of 15 are frequent social network users and will see that your dress is for sale. Interested parties will let you know if the dress is something they want to purchase.

Sell your dress in a high-end consignment shop. The shop will sell the dress for you and give you a portion of the sale price once someone purchases the dress.

Ask around; you never know what friends, family members or coworkers might know of a girl in need of a gently used dress to wear to her Quinceanera.
