Write the company an email or a letter. In the letter, tell the organization that you are wanting to provide feedback on the ad campaign. Describe the specific ad campaign you are interested in, because they may have multiple ad campaigns at once. Tell them your feedback and provide them with any contact information for you, in case they want to follow up with you to find out more information about what you think.

Call the organization. Call the main number provided for the organization and ask to speak to someone in advertising or in promotions. Tell the representative you speak to who you are and which campaign you're referring to. Offer your feedback in a professional manner.

Speak to the highest-ranking person in the company you can, if you believe an ad campaign is truly offensive in nature. High-ranking company presidents or CEOs welcome comments by people who are offended by their advertising campaigns. They want to hear your negative comments so they can improve their campaigns.
