How to Beat Boss Morpheel in Zelda Twilight Princess
After going through what seems like the most tedious temple in the entire Zelda game, you're confronted by a huge aquatic boss (a giant eel) called Morpheel that you need to beat. After you complete this temple, Midna obtains the last Fused Shadow. This is a creature created by the fused shadow to protect itself. Much to your dismay, you must vanquish the monstrous eel.
Instructions

1
Equip your iron boots (which you got in the second temple) for the first part of the fight. There should be an eyeball among the moving tentacles, Z-target it.
-
2
Shoot your hook shot while you are Z-targeting the eye and release. This should pull the eye towards you.
-
-
3
Slash the eyeball with your sword to send it reeling back to the tentacles. Now Morpheel releases some bomb fish, which make it difficult to Z-Target and hit your target.
-
4
Stay a good distance from Morpheel while fighting it; it will suck you up to beat you and start eating you. If this happens, take off your iron boots to avoid getting eaten again.
-
5
Hook shoot the eye and repeat Step 3 until a cut scene begins. Now you must swim around trying to get as close to Morpheel as you can, but not actually touching it or going in front of it.
-
6
Continue the fight with another hook shoot to the eye. This time it sends you onto the monster's back. Slash your sword to repeatedly stab it in the eye. When it shakes you off, repeat again. After about three times of hook shooting and stabbing, the monster should be defeated.

Tips & Warnings
After the monster is defeated and you get the Fused Shadow, the game shows a cut scene that makes the game rated "T" for teen. Young children should not watch this cut scene.
