Step 1
Fake out your opponent before doing something obvious such as a low leg kick. Jab toward his eyes or chest and while he concentrates on protecting himself, you should be ready to swing out your leg to bring him down.
-
Step 2
Cross your leg in front of the opponent's body to get the most strength in the kick. So if you are facing the opponent, swing your right leg against the outside of his left leg. The power you bring to the kick should be enough to bring down an opponent, no matter how big he is.
-
Step 3
Follow through with your low leg kick. You will have the momentum of your leg, coupled with the weight of his body. You must make the kick complete so as not to give him time to regain his balance and avoid a fall.
-
Step 4
Set your opponent up by placing a number of high kicks in a row to his thighs and mid-section. He will be in the mode of defending that area and watching for you to continue. Then instead of kicking high, take him by surprise with a low roundhouse kick to topple him.
