Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Step1
Decide what the purpose of the group is. Maybe you want to start a religious book club, a religious general discussion circle or a Bible study group.
Step2
Find a location for your meetings. You may be able to use a room in a local church or community center. On the other hand, you might be able to hold the meetings in your living room, or rotate using member's homes.
Step3
Invite some women to be a part of your new circle. Fifteen is a good number of members to make up a circle with a nice variation of personality types. Think of your friends, other women from your church and the mothers of your children's friends.
Step4
Post an announcement about the new women's circle in a local newspaper or on the bulletin board in churches or other places where women you think might be interested in your group will be.
Step5
Create the agenda for your first meeting. The first meeting will probably be unorganized, but that's fine. Get to know each other, discuss what you want to accomplish in this circle and make plans for the future. You will probably want to set some guidelines for the group, such as confidentiality, respectfulness and no judgment.
