You'll need to make sure your system can handle such a large volume. You should also find ways to reduce the time it takes to create and send so many messages.

Make sure your email host not only has the capacity to send several messages at once, but actually allows you to do so. Some hosts restrict the number of messages sent at one time in an attempt to prevent spamming.

Get email dispatch software if you have to send an extremely large number of messages, especially with graphics. You can purchase and install your own software or subscribe to a service that will do it for you.

Keep a saved list of your regular recipients, listed so you can easily copy and paste them into the address boxes. The best place for this is your account's address book or contact list. Keep a backup list as a text file as well.

Save copies of any messages you frequently send. Even if you make slight changes to them each time, this will still save time. Save one in your drafts folder and another as a word or text file.

Use the blind carbon copy box (bcc) to put your recipients' addresses in. This ensures that each recipient won't see anyone else on the list, and it is likely necessary to comply with any data protection laws in your country.
