How to Play the Drinking Game President
President is a drinking game that is a variation of the Japanese card game Dai Hin Min. It is a card game that is played to determine a hierarchy of players and that hierarchy determines who drinks the most. You will need at least 5 players to play this drinking game.

Shuffle a standard deck of 52 cards. In a clockwise direction, deal 1 card to each player until you have dealt 7 cards to each player.

Make sure everyone knows the rankings of the cards in President. The 2 ranks the highest, followed by ace, king, queen, jack and then descending numerically from 10 to 3.

Choose a player to go first. She must play a card. The next player must play a card that is higher in value to the card the previous player put down. If he can't play, he should pass.

Continue around the table in the same manner, with each player having to play a card higher than the one previously played or else pass. Once the round is over, collect the cards from the middle of the table and set them aside. Then, the last person who played a card on that turn should open the next round by playing a card.

Keep playing until one person runs out of cards. That player will be the President for the next round. Continue play, labeling the second person to go out as the Vice-President and everyone but the last two people as Normal People. The second-to-last person to go out is the Vice-Loser, while the last person left with cards is the Loser.

Switch seats so that you are sitting clockwise in rank order, as this is the order in which you will play the next hand. The President leads the next hand, followed by the Vice President and so on, ending with the Loser.

Play for as many rounds as you'd like. Keep track of how many times each person held certain roles to determine an ultimate winner and loser.
Drinking

Drink whenever you have to pass while playing. Also, take a drink if you are directed to by anyone higher ranking than you. You must also drink if you are a Normal Person and have been told to drink by another Normal Person.

Call board meetings if you are the President. In a board meeting, everyone must drink. The President may stop when she chooses, but the Vice President cannot stop drinking until the President does. Normal People must drink until the Vice President stops and the Vice-Loser must drink until the Normal People have all stopped. The Loser must continue to drink until everyone has stopped drinking.

Introduce new rules if you are the President. This is one of the perks of being in power. You can make up new rules that must stay in place until you are no longer in power, or veto old rules made by previous Presidents.

Tips & Warnings
If you have two of the same value card, you can lay both down and the next players will have to lay down a pair of higher value. A single two is the only single card that can be played against pairs.
The Loser should get all the undesirable tasks during the game, such as shuffling and dealing the cards and filling other people's drinks.
