Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • $20 bill
  1. Step 1

Find someone to make a bet with you at a bar or party. They may have had to have a few drinks in them to go along with this, so you may have to search for such a person.

  2. Step 2

Tell your friend or acquaintance, "I bet you that my money has emotions. My money is bi-polar."

  3. Step 3

Wait for their response, which will most likely be confusion. Then tell them, "I can make President Jackson on my $20 bill smile and frown."

  4. Step 4

Take out a $20 bill and have your friend match it with his $20 bill. Bet him that if you can prove your point, you take his $20 and if not, he takes yours.

  5. Step 5

Make a fold from the outside of one of President Jackson's eye down to the outside of his mouth on the same side.

  6. Step 6

Do the same with the other side, by making a fold from the outside of the other eye down to the outside of the mouth.

  7. Step 7

Press the folds together to make a "U" shape between the folds so that it is bending away from you.

  8. Step 8

Pinch the folds together and bend it down to make President Jackson frown. Bend the folds upward to make the president smile.

  9. Step 9

Take your friend or acquaintance's 20 dollar bill, as you have just proven that your money is bi-polar.

Tips & Warnings
  • You can do this trick with any amount of money, however if you use the $20 versus a $1 bill, you will make more money on your bet.
