Tips & Warnings
Although immersion blenders take up less space in a kitchen and are easily portable, jobs with large batches of ingredients require a full-size food processor or stand mixer.
Don't turn on the blender attachment until the tool is submerged in the liquid, as a splatter may result.
Use caution when blending any hot liquid. While immersion blenders are perfect for achieving a smooth consistency in soups, they can splatter and burn if you use them improperly.
