3. Interview prospective doctors. You should talk with all of the surgeons you're considering. The best doctor for you is one you feel comfortable with, and one who provides you with the best information so that you can make a well-informed decision.
4. Figure out how you'll pay for the procedure. Insurance companies almost never cover elective cosmetic surgeries, so you'll have to pay out-of-pocket. Save money in advance, or work out a payment plan with your doctor.
5. Make time in your schedule. Removing age spots takes several treatments, spaced up to two months apart. Be sure that you can take time away from your job or other commitments.
