Things You'll Need
- 1 cup dry buttermilk
- 1/2 cup nonfat dry milk
- 1 cup sea salt
- 2/3 cup baking soda
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp. essential oil of your choice
Place the dry buttermilk, dry nonfat milk, sea salt, baking soda and cornstarch in a medium sized mixing bowl and whisk them together thoroughly.
Stir in the essential oils and blend well until all of the ingredients are incorporated.
Put the buttermilk bath in a container with a secure lid or a resealable plastic bag.
Pour 1/4 cup of buttermilk bath under warm running water and soak for about 20 minutes.
Scrub your skin gently with a loofah to remove dry and dead skin cells.
Rinse the buttermilk bath from your body with a quick shower.
