Step 1
Look at the top screen of Mozilla Firefox and click the "Tools" menu then click on "Preferences." The "Tools" menu allows you to change your browser settings.
-
Step 2
Select the blue globe named "Content." The first option should be "Block Pop-up Windows." Deselect the box to allow pop-ups; if the site you are trying to access is a pop-up page, then your pop-up blocker might be blocking it.
-
Step 3
Choose "Allow Exceptions" and enter the web address you want unblocked. It only unblocks that one site so you're not overrun with ads.
-
Step 1
Click on the "Tools" tab at the top of your browser window then select the option called "Pop-up Blocker" in Internet Explorer. Select "Turn Off Pop-up Blocker." Now all pop-ups are enabled.
-
Step 2
Browse through a web proxy. A web proxy, such as Night Star Productions, allows you to access blocked websites (see Resources).
-
Step 3
Type the complete URL, including the http://, of the web page you're trying to access into the space provided on the web proxy website. The URL is the address of the web page.
