Acupressure, using the ancient Chinese energy healing technique of placing pressure on key energetic centers on the body, is used for a number of physical ailments. However, acupressure can also be used during foreplay and intercourse to calm tension, increase sensitivity and improve the sexual experience.

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Relieve fatigue and stress during foreplay by stimulating the acupressure point just behind the knee. Found in the crease at the back of the knee, just between the ligaments, gently massage or even kiss the acupressure point as you give your lover a pre-sex massage. You can also reach this spot for stimulation during sexual intercourse in any position that allows you to hold your lover's knees.

  2. Step 2

Apply soft pressure to the acupressure point found where the spine connects to the skull in order to stimulate your lover either during foreplay, oral sex, while kissing or during sex. You can easily find an indentation in this location. Begin with light pressure and slowly increase to stimulate passion and sexual energy.

  3. Step 3

Stimulate your lover two ways, at the same time. During oral sex, place the heel of your hand gently on the large tendons located in the crease of the leg, between the upper thigh and abdomen. This spot is thought to stimulate sexual desire.

  4. Step 4

Make your lover's orgasm as powerful as possible by placing pressure on the acupressure points found along the tendons of the shoulder, just beside the neck. As your partner reaches climax, gently massage the shoulders to stimulate a longer and more satisfying orgasm.
