Step 1
Find a stable space near your Bowflex home gym to store the Bowflex XP Accessory Rack. Once your rack is populated, it will need at least 2 to 3 feet of clearance on all sides in order to fully utilize it.
-
Step 2
Remove the leg extension accessory from your home gym. Slide the extension into the appropriate slot on the accessory rack. There will be an opening similar to the one on the Bowflex machine. Check to make sure it is securely locked in.
-
Step 3
Take the resistance pads off of the home gym, and slide them individually on the resistance pad holders. These will be the thick bars lining the side of the accessory rack. Do not add more pads than can safely fit on the rack, as this could result in injury or breaking the rack.
-
Step 4
Locate the seat assembly on your Bowflex home gym and remove it. Place the seat assembly on the accessory rack securely. The seat assembly will fit snugly under the leg extension bar if properly stored.
-
Step 5
Unlock your back pad from the home gym and store it on the Bowflex accessory rack. This will fit on the backside of the rack, behind the resistance pads and along the top of the rack.
